International Customers Warning: (Sanches-Eyewear is not liable for long shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk).
International mail usually takes 10 business days to process after payment clears and a minimum 28  business days for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In delays due to international customs procedures.

International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.If you received a defective/damaged item, email us at contact.sanches@gmail.com  and we will be more than glad to reship or refund your item at no extra cost per our “no-hassle” policy.*

Returns

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase but if something is not right please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you are not satisfied and wish to discuss the problem you are welcome  email us contact.sanches@gmail.com

Returns of goods purchased online
You can return your glasses for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund provided the glasses are undamaged and all component parts (frame, lenses, case and cloth) are returned. Please note that our stores are unable to arrange replacement products on the spot or provide refunds for products which have been purchased online. Please email us your claims , with your Name , Surname , Adress , Mobile and Invoice details. We will be responding your email with return address and details. 
Please enclose a copy of your receipt and ensure your goods are packaged securely so they reach us safely. Contact lenses must be returned unopened and unmarked. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
