Returns of goods purchased online
You can return your glasses for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund provided the glasses are undamaged and all component parts (frame, lenses, case and cloth) are returned. Please note that our stores are unable to arrange replacement products on the spot or provide refunds for products which have been purchased online. Please email us your claims , with your Name , Surname , Adress , Mobile and Invoice details. We will be responding your email with return address and details.
Please enclose a copy of your receipt and ensure your goods are packaged securely so they reach us safely. Contact lenses must be returned unopened and unmarked. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
